My name is Amanda (“Amy” for short!) Osborne. I’m a self-described science nerd and can honestly say that a desire to understand the human body has been my driving force in life.
Amy specializes in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction for both men and women and is an expert in peripartum/postpartum exercise prescription. She also has extensive training in trigger point dry needling and visceral mobilization.
Amy is passionate about empowering people to move their bodies. She is dedicated to developing safe and effective exercise programs in order to help people optimize their physical function. Amy has been a group fitness instructor for over 15 years and currently teaches classes at Endorphin in Denver, Colorado.
Amy firmly believes that body function and health are dependent upon appropriate nutrition. Amy takes a functional approach to improving your health by considering how food is affecting the physiology of your body systems.
